Construction task management software is about keeping the work moving on each job site: knowing what needs to be done, who owns it, and what is actually finished.

A task record fixes the coordination gap. Each task has a title, a description, a priority, and a due date, and it belongs to a site. It is assigned to a crew member, who moves it through a status workflow as the work progresses: to-do, in progress, review, done.

The construction-specific requirement is that tasks belong to sites, not to a single flat list. A supervisor running two sites needs two task lists, and the daily report for each site should reflect that site's completed work.
